Privacy Policy

Last updated June 11, 2026. The short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can respond to you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

What we collect

When you submit the cost audit, contact form, or cheat-sheet signup, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone (if provided), restaurant name, and the business figures you share (revenue, delivery sales, processing rates, utility spend). The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser and transmits nothing unless you submit the audit form.

How we use it

To prepare your cost analysis, respond to your inquiry, and — if you signed up for the cheat sheet — send occasional cost-saving emails (a few per month at most, unsubscribe by replying any time). We do not sell or rent your information. If implementing your savings plan involves a vetted partner company (ordering platform, payment processor, energy broker), we share only what's needed and only after discussing it with you.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Anonymous page-view analytics are collected via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. Stock photography loads from Unsplash's CDN. Scheduling is handled by Google's appointment booking when you choose to book a call.
